Entreprise sérieux. J'ai appelé le Monsieur a 21h20 a 21h40 le Mr était chez ma belle-mère. Le travail bien fait il es parti une fois que tout était nickel départ a 23h le temps de tout débouché. Je recommande vivement.

Suite à des fuites d’eau de notre chauffe-eau nous avons dû faire appel à un plombier d’urgence. Ce plombier (gentil et pédagogue) est intervenu très rapidement, à 1h du matin un dimanche. Pour l’installation du nouvel équipement quelques jours après il a également été très efficace et très clair dans ses explications. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Trés disponible en cas d'urgence. De trés bons conseils et trés bon professionnel. Suite à une fuite d'eau chez moi, aprés de trés nombreux appels vers tous les plombiers du secteur sans aucune réponse, j'ai téléphoné à Monsieur DOUIEB vers 7h il était là à 8h.

En effet, Monsieur Douieb est arrivé seulement quelques minutes après un appel téléphonique afin de sécuriser mon chauffe eau et éviter une inondation. Bienveillance, professionnalisme, gentillesse, écoute.. De rares qualités humaines à l'heure actuelle. Merci également à son assistante qui a été très compréhensible au téléphone et rassurante face à ma panique de ne plus avoir d'eau chaude pendant une durée indéfinie. Je recommande vivement !

On a du appeler un plombier en urgence à 23h suite à une fuite d'eau. Ce plombier est venu très rapidement, tout équipé. Il a été super efficace et nous a fait un petit cours de ce qu'il y avait à savoir sur la plomberie de notre nouvelle maison. Nous sommes très très satisfaits. En plus, Monsieur est très agréable, pédagogue et bienveillant. Prix tout à fait correct. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Jeudi dans la nuit, pour arrêter une fuite qui m’agaçait dans les toilettes, fausse manip., je casse le réservoir, et me voici en train d’éponger à 2h. du matin… vers 6h.30, recherche d’un plombier en urgence… votre nom apparaît, je lis les avis ( bons). J’appelle, je pense tomber sur un répondeur, 6h.30 quand même, non une voix me répond, j’explique. « A 8h. Je serais chez vous » me dit la voix. 8h. Sonnerie… 12h. toilettes installées merci.

Si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles sur 5 je le ferai. J’avais un bouchon dans les canalisations de mon appartement et il est venu chez moi à 21h, un dimanche, le jour de son anniversaire pour me sauver. Un vrai professionnel, on a besoin de plus de personne comme lui dans ce monde!
